Office of the Vice-Chancellor

  • Is the Chief Academic and Administrative Officers of the University. The principal executive officer, responsible for the overall leadership, strategic vision, and operational management of the university.

Office of the Pro Vice-Chancellor

  • Assists the Vice-Chancellor in academic and administrative leadership, often overseeing specific faculties, departments, or strategic initiatives.

Office of the Registrar

  • Is the Chief Administrative Officers of the University and also act as the Secretary to the governing council. Manages student admissions, registration, academic records, graduations, and other student-related administrative functions.

Director of Finance

  • Oversees the university’s financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and resource management to ensure fiscal sustainability.

University’s Librarian

  • Responsible for the management of library services, resources, digital collections, and supporting research and learning.

Dean of Students Office

  • Supports student welfare, discipline, extracurricular activities, and pastoral care to enhance student life and success.

Director of ICT

  • Manages the university’s information and communication technology infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and digital resources.

Quality Assurance
