MBA in Finance

MBA in Finance

Job openings in finance are soaring, and not just in traditional Wall Street roles. A 2014 survey by CareerBuilder showed 35% of financial services employers planned to add jobs that year. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) estimates that many jobs in the financial services sector will grow much faster than the national average from 2014 to 2024.

Graduates with an MBA in finance are uniquely positioned to take advantage of this growth. With ordinary consumers showing a growing interest in leveraging finance expertise in their life planning, a wealth of finance jobs are available in both new and traditional settings. Plus, there are many entrepreneurial opportunities for MBA holders who wish to start their own ventures.
