Dr. Theresa Esi Bosomtwe is a Lecturer in the Department of Human Resource Management at Knutsford University. She holds a PhD in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana. Prior to her appointment at Knutsford University, Dr. Bosomtwe gained extensive academic experience teaching at several private universities, including West End University College, Ashesi University (as an assistant Adjunct Lecturer), and Methodist University (as a part-time lecturer). She also served as an External Supervisor at the City Campus of the University of Cape Coast (UCC).
At Knutsford University, she teaches a range of undergraduate courses, such as Human Resource Development, Principles of Management, Human Resource Planning, Public Personnel Administration, and Organizational Behavior. Dr. Bosomtwe is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM-Ghana). She also serves on the Research Committee at Knutsford University and actively participates in academic workshops and professional development programmes across Ghana.
She has published several scholarly articles in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the fields of Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Work-Related Attitudes. Her current research focuses on leadership, workplace flourishing, organisational behaviour, and human resource management.
